Zero 88 recently helped a new Birmingham based theatre company by supplying them with an Elara desk and some Alpha packs for their performances.
Owen Radmore of the Rage Ensemble, stated “we believe that lighting plays an integral part in any performance and having equipment of our own has long been a dream. Thanks to the generosity of Zero 88 it we have been able to work miracles with our limited budget, which has been provided by a grant from the lottery through the Arts Council. We hope that we will be able to continue to develop this partnership with Zero 88 as we want our young members to have access to the latest equipment”.
Their latest performance entitled “Locked in Ice”, was made considerably easier to set up as the Alpha packs reduced the amount of cable runs and made things a lot tidier.
The Rage Ensemble is a theatre company for young people aged 16-19 and aims to give them skills that will help them back into education or employment through the process of putting on theatre performances.
