3rd Feb 2005 - Zero 88 Launches a New Beast!

Since previewing the Frog 2 console at PLASA and LDi last year, Zero 88 have been busy gaining user feedback, and are in the final stages of software development before final production ready release in a couple of weeks. With over 600 active members on their dedicated Frog forum www.frogsupport.com we have been able to develop a product based on the needs of real world programmers and designers.

The response to the desk has been phenomenal. Zero 88 have already received advanced orders from the UK, across Europe and the US, with existing Beta consoles in high demand. Stage Electrics have ordered 6, three for the rental stock another two for sales demo’s, whilst their the first end user sale was made to Derby Assembly Rooms. The Assembly Rooms have been a long-standing customer of Zero 88 products and bought the Beta console on first viewing!

The Frog 2 adds a new dimension to the Frog range of consoles. Its been designed to be used in the most demanding lighting control environments and will appeal to users looking for ease of programming, comprehensive playback choices, live busking, theatrical or stand alone control of architectural type events. For those who have not yet seen the console, the Frog 2 will be on show at the following exhibitions – SIEL (France), Pro Production (USA), USITT (Canada), Pro Light and Sound (Germany), PALME (Dubai) and AC North (UK).
