We enjoyed a very busy show with a lot of interest in our products. The name Selecon is certainly now getting established in the UK and we even had some compliments on our products from our competitors! The product that got the most attention on the stand was the Pacific and it's plastic gobo. For those of you who don't know, the gate temperature in a Pacific with the 600w lamp module is so low that you can get many hours use out a piece of overhead transparency in the gate. There is a copy of a document recently put out by New Zealand in the downloads section of this website.

The demonstration really helps people to realise the benefits of the heat management system in the Pacific and you can use this when selling to your customers. I was asked by one or two whether it it was possible to do the same thing in a Source 4 and thanks to ETC, who rose to the challenge, I can assure you it's not!!
