25th Jul 2001 - The Poplarville First Baptist Church in Mississippi chooses Zero 88 for its lighting.

The Poplarville First Baptist Church in Mississippi has literally seen the light. A new lighting rig supplied by Middle Cross Production Group has brought a new dimension to the congregation's worship.

Controlling the system of 24 dimmers and a selection of moving lights in the church is a Zero 88 Sirius 250.

The Sirius 250 was chosen based on the advice of Tyler Barkwill of AC Lighting Inc, Zero 88's US Dealer. His
recommendation was based on the cost of ownership benefits offered by the Sirius 250.

The Sirius was within the First Baptist Churches' budget
and offered them several features not normally associated with an affordable lighting control product. The desk's effects, presets, memory stacks, stage sizing and most importantly ease of use were all key factors in the choice.

The Sirius 250 is used several times a week and has been well received by lighting director Marvin Miller. "The desk has enabled me to create shows quickly, and with the benefits of stage sizing adapt them quickly to fit the variety of events staged in the church," he stated.
