25th Mar 2003 - Zero 88 donates a Mambo Frog to leading German Academy.

Zero 88 has a long established affinity young lighting designers and student groups and is delighted to support the Siemens Media Academy.

Through the donation of the Mambo Frog we are able to offer valuable exposure to the latest control technology – helping to equip students with the essential practical skills needed as they embark on their careers.

“The hand over of the biggest console in the Frog Series to Siemens Media Academy in Berlin symbolizes the beginning of a new partnership, which we will continue to develop in future,” commented Franck Tiesing, Northern Europe Market Manager at Zero 88.

Franck Tiesing and Tim Burt presented the desk, to Media Academy managing director Uwe Behns during the Prolight and Sound Exhibition in Frankfurt.

Due to the fast technical development, the sponsorship includes new software updates and technical support as well as training seminars and equipment exchange. This is a co-operation with Zero 88 distributor Fischer in Berlin.

In addition to the use within the Media Academy the Mambo Frog will be also be used everyday in the Junior Company. This unit of the Media Academy makes user and practice-oriented knowledge transfer possible into projects.
