9th Jun 2003 - The Museum of Archeaology in Herne has chosen Zero 88 Chilli dimmers for their lighting control.
The installation, which comprises of 12 Chilli 410HF and 2 Chilli 1210i dimmers, provides 72 channels of dimming throughout the building. The lighting system runs on an ELC Showstore and this unit works together with the in-house EIB system. To enhance their displays the museum uses many HF ballasts and more than 250 Micro Ellipse fixtures
“As the majority of the light fittings were fluorescent ballasts, only Zero 88’s specialist HF dimmers could be specified”, explains Olli Winkler of LMP Lichttechnik, Zero 88 Dealer in Germany.
Herr Lippmann of Pape & Boehm, Muenster, provided the design and installation of the museum’s lighting system.
