5th Nov 2004 - Arri preview special edition Leap Frog to TV and Film sector.

Zero 88 has recently been working with Arri to establish the Frog range of controllers into the TV and Film markets. Arri’s long term involvement and commitment to this market has made them an ideal dealer partner in this segment. They have been seeking a suitable controller for this market.

Sven Beyer of ARRI Lichttechnik commented: "It was a test for us to see how our TV market and the customers will react to a console supplied by ARRI. We have a high demand on product features, design and reliable technology. Zero 88 has already established the Frog Series in the live and theatre markets and we are now seeking to introduce the product to the TV and Film markets".

Zero 88 has worked with Arri to build a special version of the Leap Frog with joint branding in the Arri colours of Blue and Silver. A special front panel was made for the Leap Frog by DHA using etched stainless steel. Rainer Weggen of DHA worked with us to build this unique silver front panel.

The Arri Leap Frog was shown at the CINEC show and feedback has been positive.
