15th Sep 2001 - New product previews at the PLASA show
Zero 88 are showing for the first time the latest members of the Frog Family of lighting consoles at PLASA 2001.
Building on the success of Fat Frog, the Bull Frog is the largest member of the Frog Family, with 96 faders and the ability to control 24 LTP units via two DMX universes. Playback is achieved via 24 submasters and a cue stack. The Bull Frog comes complete with a monitor port and the latest Frog software enabling Palettes and partial memories.
The second new console is the Leap Frog. Positioned between the Bull Frog and the Fat Frog the Leap Frog offers the user 48 faders, 24 LTP fixtures, a cue stack and 12 submasters all-outputting on one DMX universe. Again a monitor is standard and the Leap Frog ships with the latest Frog Software.
The Fat Frog is also shown with the latest software and monitor port options. These additions increase the power of the Fat Frog significantly adding palettes and partial memories to the already powerful F.R.O.G function and effects engine standard on all Frog Family Consoles.
Completing the Frog Family is Frog-Box, which allows for the automated or manual replay of any show recorded on a Frog Family console. Frog-Box is a 19” rack mountable unit. Ideal either as a back up for a Frog Family console or as a stand-alone controller for trade shows, retail, clubs, theme parks etc.
