2001 Round Up

At the end of another year, I find myself wondering where all the time has gone. It has been a year of substantial change for Zero 88, and our membership of the iLight group has seen many improvements in the way we do business.
It’s been a great year for new products, with the hugely successful Frog range exceeding all our expectations and the new Chilli dimmer range, which looks set to build a strong presence throughout next year.
I would like to personally thank all of our dealers and distributors around the world for the hard work and support you have given the brand over the course of the last twelve months. At times it has not been as easy as we might have wished, but I firmly believe that Zero 88 is a more effective company as a result.
I would also like to extend my thanks to the staff of Zero 88, it is reassuring to know that we have such a dedicated team of individuals supporting our brand around the world.
To those of you celebrating the season, I hope that you have a peaceful and happy time.

Holiday Opening Hours

Our offices will be closing at 5.00pm on Friday 21st December and will re-open again at 8.30am on Wednesday 2nd January 2002. Please refer to our website for product information, pricelists and technical queries during this period.

New Austrian Dealer

Zero 88 are pleased to welcome the addition of RTC Sound and Light KEG to our European dealer network.

With over 1000 m2 of storage space, an impressive stock holding and a 24 hour service facility, RTC has quickly established themselves as a market-leading wholesaler of sound, light, laser and multi-media systems in Austria.

Zero 88 chose RTC to compliment their exiting dealer in Austria, Lighting Innovation, who are based in Vienna.

With RTC operating from Lauterach in the North West of Austria, Zero 88 can now service the whole of the region, both in terms of geographical and market coverage.

New Website Features

During January 2002 we will be adding an Auction Area to our website. This new area of the site will be used to sell ex-demonstration and 2nd hand equipment. We will be making the auction service available to our distributors so please contact us if you have items to sell.

The German language version of our site has been immensely popular with a high number of visitors since it’s launch. Early in the New Year we will be launching an Italian language site. The addition of this site will help to extend the Zero 88 presence on the world wide web.

Don’t forget the Green room features we already have on the site. Every month you have the chance of winning Amazon vouchers by entering our caption competition and quiz. Log on and have a go – what have you got to lose?

Email Preference Reminder

This is a quick reminder to all those who have not yet replied to our email preference request sent with the last update. Please fill in the forms and return to Claire House as soon as possible. This will ensure you receive future updates in your preferred format.

Sirius 250 & 500

Due to ongoing problems with the supply of components for the Sirius range, we must regrettably announce that these desks are being discontinued. We will, of course, continue to support the product range with technical support and fixture data. For new desk sales, the LeapFrog and BullFrog desks should prove to be suitable replacements. We will be adding some new functionality to the Frog software in the New Year to make these desks even more powerful.
