2nd Oct 2000 - Deep Purple and Status Quo tour into Malta and choose a Sirius 500

Nexos, our Maltese distributor, were recently contracted to provide a lighting system to a series of rock concerts that ranged from Deep Purple to Status Quo and Iron Maiden to Black Sabbath.

Following a three hour trial the lighting designers chose a Sirius 500. The 500 controlled a variety of equipment during the concerts including 12 ID’s (12 channels), 2 ID’s (6 channel), 6 Betapacks and a range of lanterns, blinders and profiles.

Silvio Scerri, Nexos’s Sales Director, said that they love the Sirius desk and it is a loyal companion in their rental department.
