Hi @naes

Welcome to the Zero 88 Forum. I have moved this topic into the Solution & Solution XL forum.

Im looking for tutorial for zero 88 solution console,

The first thing I would recommend doing, is checking the software version running on your console. It is important to ensure you are running up-to-date software if you are learning the console.

To confirm the current software version running on your console, please click the “Other Windows” button, found top left of the Output Window. By default, this is the window shown at the top of the external monitor. From the drop-down choose System Info. In the window that opens will be a line of text displaying the “Software Version”.

Feel free to take a picture of this window and post it, and we can advise the best software version.

If you haven't already, I'd recommend watching the video below...

This discusses how Solution consoles operate, running ZerOS 7.9.x software and later.

I hope this helps. If you have any questions, please let us know.

Hi @naes

I would recommend updating your console's software, to ensure you are learning an up-to-date version.

Please click the link below, to download up-to-date software for Solution consoles...

https://zero88.com/storage/downloads/607844fa-0fdf-401a-9e42-29c8fac4e7bf/ZerOS-7.9.9.5.zip

Once downloaded, extract/unzip the files, and then copy the ZerOS .exe file (NOT Phantom ZerOS) onto a USB drive.

Before updating your software, please save a copy of your console's show file to a USB drive first. To do this, please tap the SETUP button, and choose Save File. You can then save the show to a connected USB drive.

Click the link below for installation instructions...

https://zero88.com/manuals/zeros/setup/load/zeros-software

Once installed, you will be able to load your show file back into the console from your USB drive if required. For more information, please see the link below...

Our live-streamed training videos are available here, which may be useful to help get you started...

Hi @Edward Z88,

i already updated the consoles software, i can record programs on submasters but the thing is, when ever i set a desired speed in a certain program on moving heads and record it on submaster, the speed of the effects is to fast, i've try it a couple of times but still the same thing happen.

but when i tried to record it on playback "GO"button, then it plays the same speed which i have recorded.

Is there any other way to adjust the speed on movingheads stored on submasters?

The speed of effects programmed into playbacks can be adjusted using the "Speed Override" control. The Speed Override control will affect the playback that is currently being viewed. Which playback are you currently viewing in the Cues window on the console? The playback number will be displayed at the top of the Cues window.

To view a playback, press and hold MEMORIES and tap the button below the playback fader you wish to view. Please ensure the Speed Override pot is at 12 o'clock, meaning there will be no Override, and cues will play back at their recorded speed.

Hope this helps,

Edward
