[Jester Boot error]

Hi,

my jester shows an error if i power it on. Something in the Rom is wrong. What can i do, update is not possible? Who does the service for germany?

[Connect Jester with Rack 6]

Hi,

i have just ordered a jester 24/48 and 5 Rack 6 Dmx dimmers. What kind of DMX-cable do i need? Does from jester dmx 5-pin to xlr 3-pin and xlr 3-pin to dmx 5-pin into rack 6 work and then RJ45 from rack 6 to rack 6?
