Hello, just for info; If your console starts with only 24 channels, and the other 24 always remain lit then: Open the console and check the dipswitches -preset 1-12 must be: 2 ON, 1&3 OFF -preset 13-24 must be: 2&3 ON, 1 OFF Otherwise Check the ribbon cable connections For my part a dipswitch (13-24) was not in the right position.
