For no reason at all the highlit cell moves left to right across the preset q line. it only stops doing this when the active q ends
It means I am unable to change any fade time etc as the cell moves left (fast) and any auto follow in q fail to activate as the board thing an edit in in progress.
I have checked the obvious, there is nothing leaning on the arrow key, and it does not appear to be stuck down
Options . . . ?

I can't stand to Op using just the little window, give me a nice big monitor any day
I'm sure that when touring it is great not to have to lug a monitor about, but seeing all in one view far outways the dissadvantages as far I I can see.

Is it possible to include a run time counter for when a cue is running, this could be in the form of a count down in seconds or as a % or cue run on the monitor somewhere?.
Watching this count down (or up) would help in theatre to eliviate the jump experienced when the next cue is activated.

I did not think the work FREE was in the dictionary anymore,

Yes to get a DBO simply pull down the Grand master is great, but then to plot you need to have recorded the black out in as a scene, before you can raise the Master again to start entering the new state from black.
It is also partly to do with the fact that when you record the recorded state becomes the output state. Once a scene is set up on the faders it swuld be very useful to have a RUN STATE 0 button. This would have the effect of clearing the playback yet leaving the fader output intact making is so much quicker when you are trying to plot a long scene where maybe only one fade (or sub) is changing by a small degree each que, (Even more useful if the fade or sub in question is need Down by say 10%).
I know it can be achieved on edit, but try telling the LC that, who want's to see it all yesterday

Thanks for the reply, I know I mentioned it when you did the training day, I posted mainly to see if you were able to do anything in the future, and to see if anyone else thought it was a good idea.

One thing that may help on a later version is to but the +-^v keys on the diamond rather than the square as this will then better relate to the direction in the windo and on the screen? possibly ??

On the monitor at the bottom there does not seem to be a count down (up) as a result we have on a couple of occasions activated a cue before the previous one has finished, this causes the cue to jump to completion.
Is it possible to have a % of cue run remaining indication on screen?

from my point of view I would be happy with four dial up (0-9) address nobs and then a 'Full' '70%' and 'Off' buttons for rig checking and focus, - even better if this could be cordless so it can be operated from the top of a scope.

I find it difficult to get to a black out in a nice quick way, the best I can do is program in a DBO and use that who when we want to start plotting from black. How about a generic to DBO button? :wink:

Is it possible to get the keyboard numeric pad to act as a numeric enry for editing channel or for jumping to que numbers etc?

OK OK OK - Problem Solved
We have a local group and the LD used the remote keyboard then placed under his file !
Space Bar = GO
Arrow = left
Grrrrr !
