Pknight Art-Net ecosystem quality/reliability

Has anyone got any experience with the Pknight Art-Net ecosystem?

Their CR011R and CR021R prices seem too good to be true when comparing to similar devices listed on stage depot or Thomann.
Their website feels like their products are technically sound and both devices seem to be opto-isolated which feels like a good sign.

There is a comment in a review about it being incompatible with the FLX S24. Although I'm not planning on using it to convert DMX to Art-Net and (as the comment is of limited detail) I suspect is user error here seemed a reasonable place to see whether anyone has any experience using one.

My own use will be to fire DMX signals from QLAB
