Wheel group button

Would it be possible for the 'beamshape', 'colour' and 'positions' to emulate the 'wheel group' button.

 

ie, if you are already in the position page 1, and press position again (not holding ie time <0.5 sec) then it will change to the next position page.

 

This would then emulate a pearl in a way, and stop me from getting wound up when I forget what I am doing
