Can anyone supply me with a fixture file for my Fat Frog for the LEDJ Blockbuster 8 LED fixture? ( from www.ledj.co.uk)

If you can provide a copy of the user manual, that would be useful. I can't find anything online that tells me the channel assignment, which I need to build a fixture profile.
