MTSN-Drama Posted March 4, 2009 Report Posted March 4, 2009 We are currently using v4.2.0 of the Frog 2 and trying to use the Remote software for Windows Mobile. However, there is no setting in Setup->Network->Remote. Therefore we're wondering if it was introduced in a later version of the Frog 2 operating system. If that's the case, should we just update to the latest version (4.4.4) and then be able to enable the ability to use remote software? Also when we do update, is there anyway we can keep the current patch, without having to patch it again after the software updated. Thanks Denis Ogun
Kirkup_xp Posted March 5, 2009 Report Posted March 5, 2009 Hi Denis Yes, you will need to upgrade the desk to use the remote software. If you save your show file to a USB stick, then reload it when you have updated the software, the patch data (along with any other show data) should be retained. Kind Regards, Peter Kirkup
