problems with submasters to memory

hi i was programming a show and i was having trouble recording states to the q stack from subs had to do it from the faders itself

 

any ideas

To use Submasters as programming devices, you need SMART TAG enabled - this is found on Special Page 1. If this is disabled then recording a memory only takes the tagged-channels
