Position, Colour and Beamshape Parameters

I am running a Fat frog desk usually with MAC 250 moving heads. It works very well in general, however for some reason we are not allowed to choose whether the colour,beamshape and position fade or snap. The defualt values are detected and we can change these however the cursor skips straight over these options when in memories mode and we are not allowed to change them.

 

Does anyone know why this is and how we can get around it. Normally the default values are OK however sometimes we would like something different for a specific memory

Can you confirm which version of software you are running? I have not heard this one before, has anyone else had a similar problem?
