DMX Speed setting??

I have a leap frog connected to some Leviton D4DMX dimmers and they flicker. During my trouble shooting I ran my DMX through a Gray ultimate converter, using DMX to DMX and a DMX speed of medium. This fixes my problem. When the speed is on high, or straight from the board I get the flicker. My question is, is there a way to set the DMX speed on the leap frog consol?

Unfortunately it is not possible to adjust the DMX timing parameters on the desk.
