what is the password for the extraction file it keeps on asking me for a password

This seems to be an oddity with the Zip file when extracted using Windows in built zip utility. If you rename the file (select it in Windows explorer and press F2) to remove the "space" character at the end of the filename, then you should be able to unzip it successfully.

 

We've fixed the filename now so this shouldn't recurr for any new downloads.
