Whats wrong with using pallets for changing colour/beamshape, otherwise you will have tape(used to mark subs)down to your knees.

 

Is there any componants just under the subs? was thinking of tryin to install a homemade "role a cue" linked to the two switches already there?

Pretty much the entire front panel of the desk has circuit boards under it, so you might run into problems if you start going at it with your jigsaw! We'd love to see a photo if you do install said "submaster naming feature" though. Maybe we could start a new section on the forum, readers desks...
