Load old showfile in 3.0 version

Hi everyone, and sorry for my english LoL;

 

I have a Jester ML24 desk with 2.3 version of software, and I want to update it with the latest version (3.0)

I want to know, if my old saved showfiles, are completely compatibility, when the desk will be uploaded, and if all will make the same. I understand, by the release notes, that not been more older than 2.0 version, it's no problem. Isn't right?

Do I have to do anything more? I mean, after upload the desk, in its configuration to all work correctly. Do I have to select DMX channels, or something about fixtures... ?

Hi Johny,

 

I'd suggest loading your showfile into Phantom Jester to ensure it loads correctly before you update the desk, however everything should be fine going from version 2.3 to version 3.
