Touch Screen issue

Hi there! Actually I'm having a problem with my ORB. The touch screens don´t seem to work properly: don't recognizes when I touch them (neither in the Setup/Desk Setup/Calibrate section). Any idea/suggestion? Thanxs!!

 

I forgot to say the screens are a couple of Elo ET1928L

Hi Luis,

 

some ELOs do have an APR (Acoustic Pulse Recognition) touch technology. These models do not work with the ZerOs desks.

Hey Sven, thank you for the answer! One guy from the company told me at the beginning the screens worked correctly so there shouldn't be any problem about compatibility. thanx again!

Hi Luis,

 

As Sven says we do not currently support the ELO "APR" screens. This may change in future software, but at present this particular technology is not supported by ZerOS.

Hey, thanks Peter. Finally the problem is fixed. It was a problem with the usb cable. I changed it by another one and now it works correctly. Thanks again!
