Problem of Jester 24 ML

Dear Sir,

 

My Jester 24 ML had startup problem. Center Monitor just show a Jester ML Logo and showed 3 white bar in other 3 small monitor. Please check in the attachment.

 

Want to know what is the problem and how can I solve it.

 

I am urgent for it because need to use the console for a show.
