I've just started a new job and discovered that there are still Alphapacks in use here. It's all fine and good, they're still working pretty well except for one thing. When the desk (Strand 300) indicates that generic lanterns are at 20% or less, they may as well be at 0 because there's no visible light at all. I've put an alternative output profile on the Macs to match this, but I was wondering whether it's a dimmer problem that's causing it, although all channels do it the same, and if it is, how do I fix it!
