  1. Hi Edward, Thank you for the prompt response earlier. On booting the desk this evening I can see it’s on 7.9.6 so that is absolutely the issue here. Made the changes again on the desk during some free time (again, pretty quick with so few channels) and will let the hire company know so it won’t be a problem next time. Thanks again!
  2. Hi all, Not sure if I'm missing something obvious, as this is my first time trying to use PhantomZerOS and an FLX S24 - I pre-patched everything last week ready for my get-in yesterday, but when I tried to load the show file onto the actual desk from USB it just wasn't there (other old show files were) so I ended up just starting afresh. No big issue as only 24 channels, but didn't have time to name everything again. I then saved that onto the drive to bring home and update fixture names etc for ease when I get back tonight. From what I can deduce, when saving a show file from PhantomZerOS it saves as a .zos file, but the actual FLX S only listed .isf files in the "Load" menu (and only saves as .isf). I've attached a screenshot below of the Save screen from Phantom - I'm fairly sure all the same settings were selected on the FLX S when it created the .isf file. As I type I'm wondering if this is just a version incompatibility and maybe the desk isn't up to date - so I'll check the version number when I switch on later... Below is another screenshot of the files on my USB - "BackOnTheBoards.zos" was the original Phantom file, "BotB Rig.isf" was created by the FLX S, "BotB Rig2.zos" was the output from Phanton after loading and editing "BotB Rig.isf".
