Hey Guys, I am having major problems updating memories that were recorded with Smart Tag on. If i load a memory to be updated it will update that memory but throw random things in the memory after it or just drop info completely. If i am just sitting in the cue and do not load it most of the time it just ignores what i have tried to update it with. This is becoming a huge problem as i can not update properly. There are even times when i have recorded 4 memories and have updated memory 2 and thing would change in this memory than memory 3 would be OK but then memory 4 would be way out of wack. I really can even explain it. I can give you very basic explanations if you need them but this is really staring to suck!!!!!!!

So I am still playing with the LEDs (rgb par) this time I am using the phantom frog software which I assume is the same software as a desk?!?!?! I am still running into some problems or I just don't understand why it does what it does. I will do my best to write this out so you can understand it. Here are my memories.... memory 1 Intensity 100 red 100 Green 65 Blue 0 Col Mac 0 Shutter 100 Color Mod 0 memory 2 Intensity 50 red 100 Green 65 Blue 0 Col Mac 0 Shutter 100 Color Mod 0 memory 3 Intensity 50 red 0 Green 100 Blue 100 Col Mac 0 Shutter 100 Color Mod 0 memory 4 Intensity 100 red 0 Green 100 Blue 100 Col Mac 0 Shutter 100 Color Mod 0 This is my original memory stack recorded with "smart tag" on. The way I see it the color information in memory 2 is tracked from memory 1 same as memory 4 color info is tracked from memory 3. Now I update cue 3 to Red 0 - Green 100 - Blue 0 and I use "Cue only" my results are as follow..... Memory 1 Intensity 100 red 100 Green 65 Blue 0 Col Mac 0 Shutter 100 Color Mod 0 Memory 2 Intensity 50 red 100 Green 65 Blue 0 Col Mac 0 Shutter 100 Color Mod 0 Memory 3 Intensity 50 red 0 Green 100 Blue 0 Col Mac 0 Shutter 100 Color Mod 0 updated "cue only" Memory 4 Intensity 100 red 100 Green 65 Blue 0 Col Mac 0 Shutter 100 Color Mod 0 My question is why does my cue 4 then get its info from cue 2?!?!? Updating cue 3 as "cue only" I would think cue 4 would have stayed the way it was with Red 0 - Green 100 - Blue 100 not grab its values from cue 2!! This doesn't make a lot of sense to me at all. To me updating something with "Cue only" would only update the cue that I tell it to regardless of tracked information. And tracked info only comes from the cue immediately before it! Is this some kind of bug or is my way of thinking different than yours?!!?!? I have recorded and updated this with smart tag on and off and and cue only on and off and still come up with the same results. If I update it with track forward it works fine just the way I think it would but "cue only" is still a little weird. Also not that important but why does the memory stack not restart at memory 1 when you clear the memory stack?
