  1. O.K I will try this, it does make sense that the desk would do this. Thanks for your replies and I will let you know how I get on
  2. fixture 1 is correctly assigned both on light and desk as dmx 41 and fixture 2 is assigned correctly as dmx 25, i have cleared them and re-asigned them and still fixture 1 refuses to work with the wheels, it works by using the faders for generic lights. i am using zero 88 betapack 2 dimmers for the generics and have had to shift the dmx addresses of the dimmers up 100 because evry time i moved channel 1 up, that controlled the brightness of fixture 1. now the generics start at dmx 101, but for some reason the fixture still operates by using the faders which is really annoying. if it helps the bullfrog desk is running the 2005 (dont ask which version - i havnt got a clue) firmware on. I am a year 10 schoolboy who does the lights for nearly every event and I got an old mate (the guy who did it before me) round to check it and he was just as confused as i was. this guy is no simpleton eiher because he works freelance for about 5 theaters and is considered one of the best in the area. if anyone knows why the lights and/or bullfrog desk is doing this, i would be very gratefull for any knowledge of how to fix it thanks in advance
  3. on the zero 88 bullfrog, i was trying to get 2 moving lights working (i think their called something like showcase 250?) and the first one is on dmx channel 41 and the second on 25. the one on 25 works fine but the one on 41 only works when I use the faders for the generic lights, it wont respond at all to the wheels or the fixture settings. i have tried deleting them and re-asigning them but to no avail. Can anyone help me with this please, there is a show next week i need them for and at the moment i dont have enogh hands to program and controll both of them. thanks in advance
