Uploading Fixture Files

I have created Fixture files for my Robe Fog 1500ft Machine and Robe Faze 1000ft Machine using the Fixture Type Editor Software...how do I upload it to the Frog2 Console...

The ability to assign fixtures to types that are NOT in the fixture library stored on the desk is to be implemented fairly soon.

 

When a new version of software is available for the Frog 2 it will be announced on this forum .... watch this space

Just looking at this post and was wondering why this feature i.e uploading fixture files, was not implemented on the first software releases as i would of thought it was a basic feature that would have been put, on as the fatfrog desks etc can do it?

It was not deemed essential for the first software release as the complete Zero 88 fixture library (> 1200 fixture types from 80+ manufacturers) is installed in the desk itself, unlike the frog series which only has 20 common fixture types. It was decided that there were many other features that should be included in the initial software release, to give the desk more overall functionality.

 

The ability to load user fixture types was added in version 1.0.21 and therefore was in the second software release.
