Hi i have a small problem with my desk, 5 to 10mins after i switch on the desk it freezes... i have to reboot it and will work for the rest of the night perfectly... i have cleared and installed the latest os .. and still does it... Wish to fix this bug

Are you carrying out any tasks on the desk when it freezes? Can you describe exactly what you were doing and what happens - does the desk stop responding, or just the screen? Do the generic faders still work? Are any messages displayed?

no messages are displayed lcd freezes ... picture scrambles on vga monitor... desk doesn't respond... generic faders go off no response...

first can you give me the desk full serial number (by PM please) so I can date it.

 

Second when you boot the desk do you have any id error message displayed on the monitor i.e. id 3 invalid etc.

 

I can think of anything too obvious but my best guess is to do the dimm module having a fault but not sure why power cycling cures this for the rest of the run.

The only other issue may be the internal clocking.

Either fault may require the desk to be looked at by one of our service agents.

boots up normally... no error messages show up...
