Submaster Problem

I am having a problem with a Bull Frog. A number of the submasters are flashing at 1%. We have tried clearing the board and reloading, clearing the submasters. It has been doing this for sometime but only become a problem now that we are using LED lights where 1% turns them on enough to see.

This sounds like the faders are going to require replacing.
