Release effects / "clear" in macros?

Hi guys

 

I'm running e.g. moving effects from the effects pallette, but how do I release the effect without pressing "clear"?

And is it possible (in a moving effect) to gently and nicely ending up at the last position I chose from the position pallette?

 

I tried setting up a macro, but is it impossible to use "clear" in a macro?

To stop a moving light effect, either set the Size or Speed to 0, or press EFFECT+HOME. Hopefully this answers your question - if there is anything else you need, please let me know.
