Fat Frog freezing after start-up

I have a Fat Frog Serial # 0073301 XXXXXXXX BIOS Version 5.3.1 Software Version 10.9.1 STMain2 main board and am having serious issues with it.

Upon start-up, it will go through the regular motions with the start-up screens and loading the show, but then, once the show is loaded, it will freeze (there will still be power to the board, but I'll have no control). The first 8 submaster faders keep blinking and I will lose control of most buttons. Usually I can still select individual fixtures, and my brightness/colour/beamshape/position buttons work, but I will lose the ability to scroll through submaster pages and I usually can't get into SuperUser (+ - ENTER). Sometimes I'll boot it up and I can scroll through the submaster pages, but as soon as I hit one of those faders, the board will freeze again. When I have been able to access Superuser, I've cleared it's memory and re-loaded a show off a disk to see if that might help. I've also swapped out batteries to make sure that wasn't the issue. I've seated and reseated all connections multiple times and still to no avail.

This all happened shortly before showtime today. We had to do an hour long show in front of 500 high school students with nothing other than a couple blinders that our light guy manually plugged in and out throughout the show. I don't want to repeat this at tomorrow's show. PLEASE HELP!

Thanks,

JP
