Elara software update?

Hi all,

 

The company i work for owns an elara desk with software version 1.1

We like to be able to patch dmx channels and it seems to be possible with software versions higer than 3.1

Is it possible to update?

Hi Tom,

 

The desk that you have is a Mk1 desk and is already running the latest version of software that is available.

It is only the Mk2 desks that have the patch option as they use a differnet processor card to that of the mk1 desks.

It is not possible to update a Mk1 desk to a Mk2 as the PCB set is completley different.
