Chilli Dimmers and DMX Problem

Hi All

we have just had 2 x 2410i Chilli dimmers installed to control 48 channels of lights. I am having a problem getting the Jester desk to control anything after

channel 24 I have set the DMX Address on the first dimmer to 1 and on the second dimmer DMX Address 25 is this correct ? I can only operate the first 24 Channels

Im I missing something ?

Hi Jim

 

Which Jester desk to you have and which mode are you in when you see these problems?

 

The basic "Preset" mode on a Jester 24/48 will default into two-preset mode which gives you two banks of channels 1-24. You can shift this by using the Page B button to shift to 25-48 on the second bank, which will make the desk behave as you expect.

I had to press and hold down the mode button to get it into preset mode which works fine now.
