I lost my "Smart Tag"

I ever do it before but now why my smart Tag is not in the Multifunction Buttons.

and when ever i shutdown my board ,fader 94-96 cannot use.

but will be back when i "reset all"

 

it have virus in my board?

Smart Tag is only available when in Tracking Mode. When in None-Tracking Mode you will not see the Smart Tag button.

 

However, I am not sure why a couple of your faders would not be working. Try doing a full reset - go to Setup, Clear Options, then hold down SHIFT whilst pressing Reset Desk.
