Hi I'm new here and a newcomer to advanced lighting controllers so be gentle.....

 

I have just bought a Diablo to control my bands stage lighting 8 pars and 2 minimacs I have managed to program memories and sequences into the Diablo and wish using a remote control, to be able to advance the sequences - surely not asking too much... But when I try with a footswitch it just steps the memory - this is pointless...

 

Has anyone managed to work round this?

I just need 3 or 4 sequences for scenes over the course of a gig - with minimum fuss - ie one footswitch click!

The diablo was never designed to do this, as you have found the remote is only for stepping through the memories.

 

The only thing that you may be able to use is the global chase functions as this will put the chase controls on to button pushes.
