Update Fixtures

Hi, I'm having problems trying to update ORB with a new fixture..

 

I have gft23 on a USB stick, I have extracted from the .zip file so it shows in the main window. ORB can see the stick but not the file..

 

Is this the format of the USB (FAT32), or is it something else? Software update? (I'd rather not have to do this immediately as there is a show on there - although I will if I need to, and obviously its backed up..

Are you using SETUP > FILES > Update Fixture Files?

Hi Burnt Phingaz,

 

If your desk is running version 7.2 software, you will already have gft23 installed - this is done as part of the software upgrade process.

 

Just worth noting this incase you're already up to date
