Jester 12/24 LED continues blinking when powering ON

Hi,

 

Any body can help me regarding jester 12/24. my device was continually blinking when powering on and there is no visible data on the small screen where you are doing the program. Appreciate your help guys.

Hi!

thank you for the reply. i solve that issue already, there is a power adapter issue. now i couldn't manage to control the light and do a program. this error message was pop out in the screen " DESK LOCKED Operation inhibited while desk is locked <OK>"

 

Did you encounter this problem before?

 

Please help.
