New 'Best Answer' Feature

Our Community Support Forums generate a lot of topics, sometimes with many replies.

 

To enable readers to know which reply definitively answers the original question, we've enabled a brand new 'best answer' feature. This enables us to mark a reply as the 'best answer'.

 

A small excerpt of the 'best answer' reply will be shown at the top of the topic, and when looking at the forum view, the topic will have an 'answered' badge that when clicked will take you to the flagged reply.
