Fixture screens

Hi all,

I've just joined this forum. Our Group has a Jester 48ML which has been great and I really like it. In midst of a play this week and the small Fixture screens on the top right of the desk do not light up properly. Instead of blue they are streaked with vertical white lines quite close together. You can read the writing OK and the desk behaves as it should. I read a reply to a previous post that seemed to say this maybe due to the on-board battery. Is this the case or do the screens need replacing?

The main display screen is fine.

Hi All,

Problem solved by Keith Rogers (top man). It's to do with LCD Bias configuration. Our desk had gone into "Low" when I loaded software 4.0. Just needed to select "High" and it's fixed.
