Orb XF Macros in cues

I’m having a bit of trouble with Macros on our Orb XF.

 

I can’t assign more than one macro to a cue. If I assign one (e.g. M11) it works but if I assign two, (M11:M27) neither of them run.

 

Also I can’t assign Auto Macros. They don’t seem to work at all.

 

What am I doing wrong?
