Hi I actually haven´t get the clue in here.... @Jethro You have got a LeapFrog that works fine with your dimmerpack, but other desk´s don´t ? - That sound´s wierd maybe it is a problem with the DMX start address. as the other possibilities are worked out. best regards

for macs, why is the shutter grouped with the beamshape??
Haytech replied to thearches's topic in Frog Range MK1
I don´t think so ice, until you don´t want to have a strobe chaser It is possible to create a shutter chaser without saving other LTP values by holding the beamshape button and then press the program button. -
Hi, I found german detergents called FROSCH  their logo is a happy frog:

Haytech replied to thearches's topic in Frog Range MK1
@thearches Hi, basically "shutter" is a beamshape parameter ... and it is processed as a LTP "latest takes presence" value first to avoid misconception please say us what you want to do. @GLX little confused here: shutter isn´t the brightness and won´t be recorded when fixtures are de-tagged. You can always have a "dimmer" chase by detegging all your fixtures, but you can´t record any other value then brightness/dimmer regards -
Hi This indeed sounds great - kind of functions look.

Here are my latetest experiences of my problem... Leap Frog, 6x Servospot, 8x MAC 500 ... I blanked all pallettes before I began to program new ones ... I began the programming with the position pallettes ... like I usually do, because they are the most used ones. I programmed 6 Movements to pallettes. then I programmed 6 Beamshape pallettes then the desk shows the massage 'Saving desk data' on main display - know the movement pallettes seem to be static. PS I never used a existing pallette to create a moving one I setup a new position / movement for each. Please help - this error is wacky (to be gentle)

I tried Mac500 buckets Mac600 Elation Servospot 250 ( same as Robe Spot 250+) some other´s like HES Cyberlight HES Trackspot etc...

I´ve heard stories about vacation long time ago

Hi, seem to be vacation time on the board

Pipo is right - All movements are working fine until I program some other pallettes like colour / beamshape I tried this on a Fat and a Leap it can be reproduced.

Hi there, I tried it once again under testing conditions - I cleared every pallette first then I made some position pallettes. In this case I spotted one point in the room then I altered every value on position Pallette P/T / MovSp / Offset / Rota / Speed / Effect / Dim X / Dim Y etc. This is now a movement pallet i.e. P6 But ( there is a big but ) If know other pallettes i.e. color / beamshape will be stored then the movementpallettes seem to be static ones ...

once we had a show in Bremen On venue they had have a broken(!) elevator and we have to push all our stuff about 10 Stairs above. I sugessted to use the other elevators of house, but the staff of hotel says that this is not possible while guests are rolling. about 3 hrs. later the elevator was repaired.

We have suggested a 'riggers remote' before elsewhere in this forums. I esp. suggested a Remote GO button for switching thru your memorys when focussing. I want to build up my own but I dont have the time to do so. Cheers

Hi, I mentioned on the above post, to use a USB one but modify it that it has a male XLR connector 1+ 2- please remember to use a rsistor about 300 ohms as you can´t feed your LED directly with 12 V DC. hope this helps. regards Sebastian

I don´t know exactly but i don´t think so. - this must have arise my attention . Sorry for clumsy words Cheers

Hi, K-Nine that is exactly my point. Be prepared to get :? by the desk. Sometimes it plays back the generated and stored movement and sometimes not. Display shows indeed the P1 for all position data on the wheels display. but it can be altered. Cheers

Hi, I normally program pallettes 1-6 with static positions and another six with movement. Now there seemed to be a problem creating a movement from a static position pallette and storing it into a new pallette ... the new stored pallette shows the static pos data after calling it. Our desk runs desk os rel. 9.6
