Jon, I have 7.6.0 loaded atm and without mouse and keyboard I see Power button x2 and sleep button. None of the three show any capture when touching the screen. I have taken photos and will attach shortly. Regards Mike

Jon, Just reloaded the beta and went into setup, desk setup, peripheral, input capture. Looked at drop down list but no screen shown - can see mouse, keyboard, power button and sleep I've tried the monitor in two of the rear USB ports with no luck. Any thoughts? Mike

I've seen that on a number of occasions that our Solution XL desk appears to freeze showing this initial display screen on boot-up. Once powered cycled, the desk boots Ok. This was seen with the desk when delivered at 7.6.0. I have upgraded to the beta build and dropped back to 7.6.0 and am still seeing the behaviour. Yesterday I believe that the desk was switched on by a church group who currently use the venue with a scene stored on a sub, but when I arrived there after they had left, the desk was in this frozen state. Just wondering if this has been seen in testing and if there are any logs I can retrieve? Regards Mike

Hi Jon. Upgraded the Solution desk earlier tonight and found that the new software didn't enable the touchscreen to our BenQ screen. The desk is back to 7.6 ready for me to plot our show tomorrow. Regards Mike

Hi Jon I believe I am already down as a beta tester and have access to your Beta Test forum. I will be in the theatre from Sunday 30th June to Saturday 6th July for a show where I'll use the current stable build but am happy to use any spare time to take a look at the beta build. Regards Mike

Hi Jon, I took a chance and bought a 17" BenQ G702AD Touchscreen. I downloaded the windows drivers to check the screen out last night and it worked Ok on my laptop. I took the screeen to the theatre this morning and plugged it into my Solution XL and found that it doesn't look like the drivers are in the current build. Jon, Many thanks. Loving the proposed Programming view in a future Zeros release it will make focussing of my generics soooo much easier on a remote as I generally don't have anyone to sit on the desk... I'll be in heaven

Leighton, Might be worth checking in Setup what the Preset Behaviours are set to - HTP or LTP? (Page 53 of the manual) as LTP may possibly override your sub? Mike

I've had something similar in the past - this may be a silly question but is the desk in Full or Partial mode - it sounds possible it is in Full mode where I believe the levels of ALL faders are recorded to each Sub. Mike

Another view that would be good would be a command line one with buttons for zero to nine, thru, clear, etc. This could make remote rigging of generics nice and easy

Possible improvement...? Because of the screen size of an iPad, some of the faders and buttons on the "Panel" view are quite small. Could additional screens similar to "Wheel" be created for other sections such as "Submasters", "Presets" (in 3 rows of 36?) and "DMX In"? Alternatively could the screen be re-sizable?

I have a similar problem that I am unable to run PhantomZerOS 7.6. I've installed it on my Win7 computer and also my Win8 laptop. Win7 - I open the PhantomZerOS program and see the option window to select a desk, etc. When I click Go, the Go button disappears and the screen flashes as if something tried to open but I am returned to the initial window but when I attempt to close it, what looks to be the desk console window attempts to open but then a windows dialogue box saying the program has stopped responding appears. I've removed the PhantonZerOS and re-installed it with no change to what is seen. Win8 - I open the PhantomZerOS program and see the option window to select a desk, etc. When I click Go, the Go button disappears and the screen flashes as if something tried to open but I then see an error message "Unable to execute file: C:\Program Files (x86)\Zero 88\ZerOS Remote Monitor\ZerOS Remote Monitor.exe. Create process failed; code 740. This requested opertion requires elevation.". On the plus side, my Fixture Type Editor and PhantomFrog work without any problems. Any thoughts? Mike
