"smooth" effect affects position (bug)

Since ZerOS 8.0.0, scenes with the "Smooth" effect also affect the position of moving heads, although the effect was originally only intended to control the intensity of the lamps. 
Tested with FLX S48 and two saved CUEs, one with the "Circle" movement and one with "Smooth".
