Recording Pallets on S24 & Busking between then with fades

Hi, seen how to record palettes on FLX, but FLX S24 does not have a colour button so how to do this on S24.

Also wondering if there is a way of busking with pallets and not having colours snap.  For example, going from Blue to red during a show using the pallets without programming a Cue.

Looked at PDF and online web manual and can't find anything.

On S24/S48 many of the buttons are ‘soft’ at the top of the touch screen. 
 

To busk and avoid snaps in general, go into the Z screen and enable Programmer Time with the 5secs or whatever value you want.
