Luke Posted May 19, 2013 Report Posted May 19, 2013 Is the following lamp suitable for a Jester ML48: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/USB-6-LEDs-Super-Bright-Bulb-Switch-Flexible-Laptop-PC-Notebook-Light-Lamp-METAL-/271187645284?pt=UK_Home_Garden_Night_Lights_Fairy_Lights&hash=item3f240b1364 As mentioned before, I don't want to burn out the USB drive. KWR88 Posted May 20, 2013 Report Posted May 20, 2013 Based on the specification given it will operate on the desk with out any issues. Regards, Keith Rogers Zero 88 Support: support@zero88.com
Lu-men Posted February 23, 2014 Report Posted February 23, 2014 Based on the specification given it will operate on the desk with out any issues. Which would be the maximum current that would be admissable on a Jester USB-bus? I wanted to use a Luna Led Light from GoalZero, works very fine, but the specification is a little bit confusing. On the website, they say it's a 1 Watt light (so, on 5 V it would need 200 mA) but with the light itself is packed a paper-form specification of 0,75 W/150 mA.
Jon Hole Posted February 23, 2014 Report Posted February 23, 2014 As long as it's within USB 1.0 specification (which presumably it would be) then it will work fine :-) Jon Hole linkedin.com/in/jonhole
