Saturday night, my console planted in full concert (lights blocked with a "Z" in the middle of the screen).
I had a message inviting me to send an email but I did not have time to write the email address.

Really sorry to hear this, thank you for letting us know. 

Did you save the debug file? If so please send this to support@zero88.com with a description of the crash, and one of the team will be able to take a look at the file to see what went wrong. 

Can you confirm the software version of your FLX S? You can find this by tapping Z/Shift -> System Information, and in here is a line displaying Software Version. The latest is ZerOS 7.9.4.3.

Did you do anything in particular that seemed to cause the issue, or did it seem to randomly crash?

I have recovered the console, what is the name of the file ? debugXXX ?

The software is 7.9.4.3

Yes, the file attached to your post is a debug file, file extension .zdb. Please send this to support@zero88.com with as much information on when the crash happened, and if you think anything may have caused it.
